Peter Karambatsos completed his studies at McGill University in Applied Real Estate in 1985. First hired by one of his professors as a real estate appraiser, Peter was soon exposed to a number of different real estate sectors including industrial, retail and hotel. His experience as an appraiser proved invaluable when he entered the real estate brokerage field in 1988. He immediately developed a niche in Montreal's East end industrial real estate market, and quickly created an alliance with his present associate.

Anthony Sciortino, also educated at McGill, started his career in real estate in 1985. His initial activities encompassed the leasing of newly developed industrial, office and retail projects. With his broad-based knowledge of the real estate market and the synergy that developed from his alliance with Peter, the industrial real estate market became his only focus.

Today, after a fourteen-year association, Peter and Anthony leave no stone unturned in their quest to find the best deal for their clients. Under their tutelage, Terrex Real Estate Services has thrived.
